Return & Exchange Policy
At Suits & Shirts, every suit and shirt is custom-made according to the measurements, style selections, and fabric preferences chosen by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of bespoke clothing, we maintain a fair and transparent return policy.
- Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Products
All bespoke suits, shirts, trousers, waistcoats, and related custom garments are created specifically for each client. Because these items are tailored to individual specifications, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Measurement Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. We recommend using our measurement guide, scheduling a virtual fitting, or consulting with our support team to ensure accuracy.
We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by:
- Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
- Changes in body size after order placement
- Incorrect style selections approved during the order process
- Alteration Support
If your garment requires minor fitting adjustments, we may offer alteration assistance depending on the issue.
Customers should notify us within 3 days of receiving the garment if any fitting concern exists.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a garment that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective in workmanship
- Incorrect compared to your approved order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear video of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will review the issue and may offer:
- Repair or alteration
- Replacement of the garment
- Partial or full store credit, depending on the situation
- Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Once fabric cutting or tailoring begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
- The order cannot be completed by us
- The garment arrives significantly different from the confirmed order
- A manufacturing defect cannot be corrected through alteration or replacement
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
